I’m Kate, a Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Nidra facilitator, and writer living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.
Reiki has been part of my life since 2016. My work brings together private teaching, opportunities to receive, and the stories that help us recognize ourselves.

Learn Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II across eight Saturday afternoons with me at West Asheville Yoga.
We’ll have time to learn the foundations, give and receive Reiki, ask questions, and bring your experiences back to the group. Between gatherings, you’ll begin making the practice your own.
No previous Reiki or yoga experience is needed.
